REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing to attend the Scale With Stability Summit. We understand that plans can change, so we’ve outlined our refund and ticket transfer policy to ensure clarity and a smooth experience for all participants.

1. Refund Window:

Upon purchasing your ticket, you have a 48-hour window to request a refund.

2. Refund Process:

To request a refund within the 48-hour window, please contact us at [email protected].

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, minus a 3% processing fee.

3. Cancellation and Transfer Policy:

After the 48-hour refund period, all ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

If you’re unable to attend, you have the option to transfer your ticket to another person.

4. Reselling and Transferring Tickets:

If you wish to transfer your ticket, please email [email protected] with the new ticket holder’s details.

Ticket transfers are the responsibility of the ticket holder. You are responsible for finding a buyer if reselling your ticket.

5. Deadline for Ticket Transfers:

All ticket transfers must be completed by April 10, 2025.

After this deadline, tickets will be non-transferable, and no changes can be made.

Important Note:

Event organizers reserve the right to deny entry or cancel tickets in cases of policy violations.
